Job description

Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers to promote and sell products.

Identify potential customers by researching and analysing sales opportunities.

Negotiate sales terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable product/service solutions.

Present, promote, and sell products to prospective customers.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing effectively to customers.

Set and achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales team and management.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales.

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Must have two-wheelers.

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
