Job Description
- As a Strategy & Operations Sr Manager, your role will involve cutting across various areas such as Strategy, Program planning, Operational excellence, Governance, and Enablement. You will play a crucial part in implementing the Global business vision and strategy. This position requires traits like big-picture thinking, initiative, zeal, attention to detail, quick learning ability, handling internal and external relationships, working with senior executives, and possessing excellent soft skills. The work location for this role is in Bangalore/Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic programs for Salesforce PS Global Delivery Center (GDC)
- Conceptualize, analyze, and evaluate program needs, make business justified recommendations, and lead approved programs
- Manage the partner program, oversee governance for partner performance, and ensure effectiveness in meeting GDC requirements
- Define KPIs for Partner Performance, monitor partnership health, and implement strategies for optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with Stakeholders, Sponsors, Cross-functional teams to define scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines for new initiatives
- Identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects and work with other program managers within the department
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues proactively to stakeholders and senior management
- Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate program risks, and provide program reports for managers and stakeholders
- Identify all stakeholders impacted by the program, analyze customer expectations, and develop management strategies for engaging collaborators in project decisions and execution
- Exhibit understanding of Agile-certified Scrum processes, coordinate Business & IT, and demonstrate traits of a successful Scrum Master
- Lead and execute various programs, services, and initiatives of significant scope, complexity, and risk
- Develop project timelines, plan, lead all project aspects, and report progress within the project environment
- Collaborate with vendors for programs related to subcontractors
Qualifications Required:
- 8+ years of Program Management experience and 14+ years of overall IT experience

- 5+ years of exposure to Salesforce Projects/Products is a strong asset
- Ability to collaborate with senior executives and partner organizations, showing strategic understanding of business needs
- Understanding of resource utilization and strategies for acquiring the right skills for projects
- Hands-on experience with CRM software products (Salesforce CRM, Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, NetSuite) would be advantageous
- Proficiency in PM tools like JIRA / MS Project
- Skilled in creating presentations for effective communication of strategic direction across the organization
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for formulas, data cleansing, and data manipulation
- Capability to manage multiple projects/programs and mentor new hires,
