Job Description
- As a Practice Manager at MuleSoft, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of technical architects and consultants in delivering MuleSoft solutions to customers. Your responsibilities will include people leadership, career coaching, project oversight, and building the practice through internal initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to the technical practice business plan, develop methodology, create team enablement, onboard new architects, and recruit to expand the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technical architects and consultants in delivering MuleSoft solutions
- Provide people leadership, career coaching, and project oversight
- Build the practice through internal initiatives and contribute to the technical practice business plan
- Develop methodology, create team enablement, onboard new architects, and recruit to expand the team
- Work with customers and partners to solve critical business challenges using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform
- Lead multi-phased delivery projects, providing hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle
- 12+ years of experience leading by example and being a player and a coach
- Background as a professional services leader with experience growing a practice
- Strong consulting background in a credible system integrator firm or high growth enterprise software vendor
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to gain trust across internal and external functional leaders
- Experience architecting MuleSoft services integrations, including understanding of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, configuration, deployment, API and integration security
- Proven track record leading integration teams and architecting solutions within diverse technical teams
- Experience conducting technical workshops with technical and business clients
- Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills

- Agile, proactive, comfortable working with ambiguous specifications, and ability to prioritize effectively
Additional Details:
- You will be a key member of the cross-functional Mulesoft leadership team, collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Product teams for success.
- Desired skills include experience with Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines, publish & subscribe integration design models, Jenkins, Nexus technologies, and Salesforce products/platform technologies.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science is desired, with a Master's degree being preferred.
- Familiarity with AI & ML concepts and emerging AI technologies is beneficial, including MuleSoft AI developments and Agentforce.,
