Salesforce is seeking a passionate Mulesoft Account SE to join the dedicated Solutions Engineering team in India. In this role, you will play a key part in MuleSoft's growth by working with customers across various industry segments in India. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to assess sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements, competition, decision-making process, and funding. Your responsibilities will include driving account level strategy, supporting tactical aspects of the sales cycle, completing Proof of Concepts independently, and acting as a trusted advisor to strategic customers.
Furthermore, you will guide customers on the business value of APIs, advocate for MuleSoft's technology with senior executives, conduct technical architecture workshops, articulate product strategy during briefings, and collaborate with marketing and product teams when necessary. This role reports to the India SE leader.
To be successful in this position, you should have at least 12 years of experience as a customer-facing technologist, with a background in pre-sales enterprise software. Proficiency in middleware, integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, APIs, SOA, ESB, and BPM is essential. Strong architecture skills, Mulesoft knowledge, and excellent communication and presentation abilities are required. You must demonstrate strategic thinking, business acumen, and the capability to evangelize to CIOs, CTOs, and Enterprise Architects. Additionally, willingness to travel to customer locations is expected.
