Sr. Executive - US Accounting And Finance Operations

SalezShark is actively hiring for multiple positions for the role of Sr. Executive - US Accounting and Finance Operations to join our esteemed Finance team. This is a high-ownership, hands-on opportunity for a US Accounting professional who enjoys working at the core of finance operations - managing timesheets, billing, invoicing, and supporting the full US accounting lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build strong fundamentals, work deep in systems, and grow into a full-cycle US accounting professional.

• Ownership of timesheet validation, billing, and client invoicing
• Support US accounting operations, including bookkeeping and general ledger entries
• Assist with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable activities
• Support collections, reconciliations & documentation
• Coordinate US payroll inputs, expenses & supporting schedules
• 
  Work hands-on in QuickBooks and finance systems
• Maintain process discipline, data accuracy & audit-ready records
• Support month-end activities, internal controls & finance projects

Required Candidate profile:

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• 2to 8years of hands-on experience in US Accounting / Finance Operations
• Strong exposure to timesheets, billing, invoicing, AP/AR & payroll coordination
• Working knowledge of US accounting practices & bookkeeping
• Comfortable working daily in QuickBooks, Excel & finance tools

Work Location: Hybrid - Delhi /NCR

Shift Timing:Comfortable with US overlap shift (2 PM to 1 AM IST)

2 PM to 11 PM during work from office & 4 PM to 1 AM IST during work from home.
