Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales and Partnership Manager to join our expanding team at Salla. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while also managing strategic partnerships. You will identify opportunities, nurture relationships with partners, and lead initiatives to enhance revenue and market presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy Development:
- Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
Partnership Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure compliance with the terms and conditions.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that support partner engagement and sales objectives.
- Coordinate with product teams to ensure the successful integration of partner offerings.
