Job Description
We are a contemporary designer fashion label focused on thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, and conscious growth. As we expand our presence across India through curated retail partners, online designer marketplaces, and pop-ups, we are looking for a driven professional to lead our wholesale and partnerships efforts.
You will be responsible for expanding the brands footprint across multi-designer stores, online designer marketplaces, exhibitions, and pop-ups. This role requires strong buyer relationships, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the Indian designer fashion retail ecosystem.
Role Overview
- Identify, pitch, and place collections in relevant multi-designer stores across India
- Build and manage relationships with buyers and store owners
- Negotiate commercial terms including margins, MOQs, payment cycles, and delivery timelines
- Track sell-through, manage reorders, and ensure long-term retail partnerships
- Identify and onboard the brand on suitable online designer platforms
- Coordinate product listings, pricing, imagery, and dispatch processes
- Monitor performance and work with platforms to improve visibility and sales
- Identify high-potential exhibitions, pop-ups, and retail events aligned with the brand
- Plan assortments, pricing strategy, and inventory for each event
- Coordinate logistics, stall setup, and on-ground sales strategy
- Gather market feedback from buyers and customers and share insights with design and production teams
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely sampling, production, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and partner communication
Requirements

- 2 - 3 years of experience in wholesale, business development, or retail partnerships within the designer fashion industry
- Prior experience working with designer labels, multi-designer stores, buying houses, or showrooms
- Strong network of buyers and retail partners
- Good understanding of fashion pricing, margins, and wholesale business models
- Willingness to travel for store visits, exhibitions, and pop-ups
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
