About the Role

We are looking for a talented product designer to join our vibrant Product Team at Bengaluru office.The ideal candidate possesses a blend of exceptional UI/UX skills and a proven record in delivering end-to-end digital experiences.

• Adapt in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and work efficiently, gracefully under pressure with a strong focus on details
• Design experiences for non-tech-savvy users, simplifying complex concepts and workflows into intuitive, easy-to-use interfaces.
• Work collaboratively with product and Tech team members
• Take ownership of the product design from conceptualization to final implementation
• Extensive experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and translating into actionable design recommendations.
• Contribute, Manage and Use the components of the design system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design skills and impact.
• Solid design portfolio that showcases design thinking, process and UI skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of architectural/workplace design concepts is a big plus
