Senior Lead Engineer - Full Stack Development

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Lead .NET Full Stack Web Developer with 9+ years of experience to design, develop, and lead scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across backend and frontend technologies, cloud platforms, and modern development practices, along with experience in leading teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using .NET technologies
Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance
Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based web services
Build responsive and user-friendly UI using modern frontend frameworks
Implement microservices-based architecture and scalable solutions
Work with cloud platforms like Azure or GCP
Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps
Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Required Skills
Strong experience in .NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and C#
Proficiency in Razor, Blazor UI, and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery)
Experience with React.js
Expertise in building REST APIs / Web APIs and working with SOAP/WCF services
Solid understanding of Microservices Architecture
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP
Hands-on experience with CI/CD practices
Strong database skills with MS SQL
Experience in eCommerce solution 9 years of relevant experience in full-stack web development
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in a technical leadership or senior developer role
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
