Technical Lead - Full Stack Dot Net

What You`ll Do

• Build scalable, cloud-native web applications using modern architecture patterns.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to high-quality code through test automation, code reviews, and best practices.
• Drive product features from concept to production with ownership and accountability.
• 
  Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide input into technical direction.
• Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools as appropriate.
• Work on either back-end services or front-end interfaces depending on your expertise.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5-12 years of development experience in a product-based or SaaS environment.
• Back-End Developers: Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core, with knowledge of distributed systems and concurrent design.
• Front-End Developers: Solid experience with React.js and front-end development best practices.
• Experience working with APIs, microservices, and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Comfort with CI/CD pipelines and test automation practices (TDD/ATDD preferred).
• A passion for clean, maintainable code and great user experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, ask the right questions, and drive quality.
