Job Title

Head of Information & Cyber Security (HICS), India
Direct Reports

Job Purpose

To support India HICS in governance of ICS requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Managing various cyber security initiatives in coordination with Group teams


• Handle regulatory requirements from various regulators in India


• Manage internal / external audits, regulatory reviews including tracking of findings and providing management responses


• Track regulatory and audit findings to closure and provide periodic updates


• Provide guidance to business users on security risks including third party security


• Manage stakeholders effectively and influence other teams where required


• Carry out security risk assessments and track findings to closure


• Enhance cyber security awareness among users through periodic initiatives


• Provide periodic updates to management and awareness


• Provide market updates on latest happenings

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduates with 5-8 years of Information & Cyber Security experience


• Good knowledge and overall understanding of key domains like security risk management, vulnerability management, access administration, vendor security and Infosec standards


• Strong understanding of application security risks & controls


• Experience in handling senior stakeholders


• Must be able to handle activities individually with minimal supervision


• Good presentation and communication skills


• Should be adept in designing security awareness messages / conduct security awareness trainings


• Knowledge of RBI requirements and Banking industry experience will be an advantage
