What you’ll do
- Manager Finance:
Educational Qualifications: Chartered Accountant with 3-5 Years’ Experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in IT Industry or Big 4.
Soft Skills: Should be able to manage 3-4 people and good inter personal skills. Should be able to communicate with other departments.
MIS: Handling monthly/ yearly closure process, responding to questions on P&L from Corporate, variance analysis, monthly reconciliations, GL reviews etc.- Supervision of Accounts Payable Outsourcing
- Employee Claims accounting and payments
- Supervision of Payroll outsourcing, which includes collation of monthly payroll inputs from various stakeholders, preparation of accounting reconciliations for payroll, handling various payroll related statutory payments, handling payroll related queries from employees and co-ordination with ADP.
- Bank Payments management and funds management
- Fixed Assets Accounting
- Handling Statutory Audit includes preparation of financials and co-ordination with auditors.
