Role Overview:
The Senior Manager HR | HRBP & TA Focus role is a critical leadership position responsible for aligning HR strategy with business objectives within designated business units. This role acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing comprehensive HR support, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits. The Senior Manager will work closely with the leadership team to drive employee engagement, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives. This role directly impacts the organization's ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ultimately contributing to the achievement of business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives for assigned business units, ensuring effective support for organizational goals.
- Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top talent.


- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance and support to managers in setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and developing performance improvement plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Implement and maintain HRMS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient HR operations.
- Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing data-driven insights to business leaders.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
- Exceptional employee relations skills, including conflict resolution and investigation.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; MBA in HR is preferred.
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HRBP and talent acquisition roles.
