Assistant Engineer (Process Control )

Raising NC to production in case of process deviations

Ensuring shot blast time and quality of shot as per WI

Monitoring of process as per control plan / WI

Ensuring calibration of all Equipment which are used in relevant departments

Ensure identification and traceability in all processing areas

Carry out Process audits in all departments

Implementation of corrective and Preventive action related to process Audit/Deviation

Authority to stop sand supply to Moulding if any quality issues identified

Review of rejections and initiating corrective actions

Carry out process audit

Ensure NC & CAR to production in case of process deviations

Ensuring usage of correct tools and equipment for moulding

Preparing reports to the management regarding the department performance Follow up of Trial/sample batch up to machining & record the results related to quality improvements

Identifying and providing required training to all Process Quality Department persons

Initiating / Implementing Continual Improvement plans related to Process Quality

Ensuring the SOP, Skill Matrix and Work Instruction are followed during the working
