As Account Manager at Sangoma, youll take ownership of our channel partner network in Delhi/NCR, encompassing resellers, interconnects, distributors, and other strategic partners. Your mission To drive revenue growth by fostering existing relationships and strategically securing new partnerships. If youre a self-starter with a hunters mindset, we want you to help expand our presence in the Indian market.
Your Role
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing a winning sales strategy that aligns with Sangomas objectives, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Act with a sales hunter mindset. Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the channel ecosystem, building a strong pipeline and ensuring seamless execution through our partners.
- Maximize Sangomas channel effectiveness by collaborating with resellers, and other partners to expand territory coverage and onboard high-performing new partners.
- Engage extensively with partners and end-users to build lasting relationships that yield tangible revenue growth.
- Lead negotiations with channel partners and customers to bring deals to a successful close. We want our partners to know you are there to help be successful.
- Drive partner enablement by training, supporting, and guiding partners to ensure their success, including providing sales training and tools.
- Act as a trusted advisor, showcasing deep knowledge of Sangomas offerings and the value they deliver to clients.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and master Sangomas contracts, pricing models, and value propositions.
- Utilize CRM tools (like Salesforce) to maintain a detailed and accurate sales funnel, track metrics, and develop actionable insights to drive results.
- Work cross-functionally to prepare professional, high-impact proposals for partners and customers.
- Regularly analyze and report on your sales performance, including strategies to exceed targets.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in SaaS, IT networking, or telephony solutions (UCaaS/CCaaS experience is a big plus).
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Channel Knowledge: A strong background in managing and growing channel partner networks with a track record of high partner productivity.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage effectively with partners and clients.
- Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and other sales enablement platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Delhi/NCR region to engage with partners and customers.
