Deputy Manager- Finance And Accounts

Responsibilities:-

• Direct responsible for the Indian and Overseas Companies accounting process
• Monitoring of AP/Vendor payment process
• Monitoring of Invoicing process
• Supervising Monthly book closing activities
• Preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements of the Company under Indian GAAP, US GAAP and UK GAAP reporting standards.
• Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
• Coordination with the bankers for obtaining the bank statements, debit / credit advices, Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates, etc.
• Ensure up to date and accurate records of financial accounts and reporting

• Defining Internal Control policies and procedures and ensuring a strong control environment
• Review of Fixed Asset Register
• Weekly/ fortnightly visits to the Client’s office for co-ordination
• Responsible for monthly processing of the payroll

Qualifications:-

• B.Com, and CA
