Deputy Manager- Finance And Accounts

Responsibilities:-

 Direct responsible for the Indian and Overseas Companies accounting process
 Monitoring of AP/Vendor payment process
 Monitoring of Invoicing process
 Supervising Monthly book closing activities

 Preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements of the Company under Indian GAAP, US GAAP and UK GAAP reporting standards.
 Preparing financial management reports, including financial planning and forecasting
 Coordination with the bankers for obtaining the bank statements, debit / credit advices, Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates, etc.
 Ensure up to date and accurate records of financial accounts and reporting
 Defining Internal Control policies and procedures and ensuring a strong control environment
 Review of Fixed Asset Register
 Weekly/ fortnightly visits to the Client’s office for co-ordination
 Responsible for monthly processing of the payroll.

Skills:-Financial Statements, Accounting, Balance Sheet, Management Information Systems (MIS), Financial Reporting, Finalization of Accounts, IFRS, Statutory Compliances, Indian Taxation, GAAP, GST.

Qualification:- B.Com, and CA with 5 - 7 years of experience.
