Job Title: Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist

Sansera Engineering is looking for a skilled Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain QMS documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
2. Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with QMS standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
4. Ensure proper training and awareness of QMS processes among employees.
5. Monitor and analyze key quality metrics, providing reports and recommendations to management.
6. Coordinate and support external audits and inspections by certification bodies and customers.
7. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to drive quality improvement.

8. Support the development of quality plans for new products and processes.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.

10. Handling of First Party Second Party and Third party audits

11. Good Exposure of ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 implemenation.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality management systems, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams.
- Proficiency in quality tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean, and FMEA.
- Familiarity with quality management software and audit management systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Tools Required:
- Quality Management System (QMS) Software (e.g., MasterControl, ETQ, etc.)
- Statistical Analysis Tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Document Control Systems
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Audit Management Software
