Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, mid-level Financial Accountant to join our team in Mumbai Suburban. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with up to 6 years of experience. The role requires expertise in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and other key accounting functions to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in financial reporting with the ability to prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
- Expertise in account reconciliation and maintaining the integrity of financial records and ledgers.
- Strong knowledge of month-end close procedures to ensure timely financial reporting.
- Experience in balance sheet analysis to identify trends and variances affecting the companys financial position.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for familiarity with Tally Prime software.
- Must have experience in MIS reporting to provide management with financial information for decision-making.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively handle financial queries and matters.

- Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring they are accurate and comply with industry regulations.
- Perform monthly account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate the month-end closing process, ensuring all financial operations are conducted efficiently.
- Conduct balance sheet analysis and report findings to the management for better financial planning.
- Utilize ERP systems for efficient financial data management and process streamlining.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring transparency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the development of budgeting and forecasting processes for effective financial planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and enhance overall efficiency.
