Job Description

    As a Customer Support Executive (Tamil-Speaking) in Cochi, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues for Tamil-speaking customers. Your main duties will include delivering high-quality support via phone, email, and live chat in Tamil, managing customer interactions efficiently, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
    Your key responsibilities will involve handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, documenting customer interactions accurately, troubleshooting product issues, and offering timely solutions. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a clear line of communication, follow up on customer queries for complete resolution, and work closely with other departments to address complex issues effectively.
    To excel in this role, fluency in Tamil (both verbal and written) is essential, along with excellent communication skills in English. While prior experience in customer service is preferred, individuals with strong problem-solving abilities, a friendly demeanor, and basic computer skills are encouraged to apply. The position is full-time, with a day shift schedule and on-site work location in Cochi.
