Engineering Manager

• Lead a high-performing engineering team, managing sprint execution and backlog prioritization.
• Design and oversee scalable frontend and backend architectures to power our education platform.
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems like QuickBooks, Shopify, Microsoft Teams, and HubSpot.
• Build mission-critical features including customer portals, session tracking, and payment automation.
• Maintain high system availability and scalability across multiple physical locations.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to align product engineering with strategic business goals.
  
• Mentor developers and establish best practices to enhance engineering efficiency and team growth.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and team management.
• Hands-on experience in full-stack development (Node.js, Python, React.js, Vue.js).
• Solid command of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scalable infrastructure design.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated deployment frameworks.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into actionable technical plans.

• Experience with multi-location SaaS, EdTech platforms, or high-volume consumer applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation
