Senior Consultant PMO

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Senior Consultant PMO to become a key player in our Bangalore team. If you&aposre a seasoned PMO and ready to take your career to new heights with an established, globally successful company, this role could be the perfect fit.

• Responsible for planning, monitoring, maintaining & operating the project Information System (work plans, project budget, plan vs. actual, invoice lifecycle etc...)
• Promote efficiency, cost-saving, and improvement to processes
• Responsible for the project timeline, resources allocation, budget control, delivery Tracking
• Responsible for identifying needs and allocating the appropriate resources to meet project deadlines
• Responsible for raising flags and be a gatekeeper based on projects needs and priorities
• 
  Coordinate between the project units (Design, Dev, QA etc..)
• Manage and control project revenue and P&L forecast
  

Requirements

• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Bachelors Degree - MUST, Project Management Certificates Advantage
• 7+ years experience in PMO or project activities such as planning, control or budget tracking
• Experience Knowledge in Budget management P&L understanding, project Costs, and revenues, resource planning and forecast, tracking budget gaps and analytical skills - MUST
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, organizing skills
• Presentation skills - Ability to create & deliver presentations effectively
• Deep knowledge of Excel and all Office applications MUST
• Previous involvement with the creation of work plans, project scopes and capacity planning a plus
