This position is a critical part of our Agentic AI team growth. Key responsibilities include leading our efforts to streamline cloud-hosted processes and further improving our implementation. WHAT YOULL DO

Build scalable applications for cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle, etc.) using TypeScript and Python.

Develop advanced cloud functions and web components integrated with agentic AI workflows, leveraging TypeScript (React, NextJS) for front-end and Python (FastAPI, Flask) for back-end.

Create and maintain declarative functionality using React Flows (TypeScript) or Python-based workflow tools (e.g., Prefect, Airflow) for validation rules, approvals, etc.

Design data models, user interfaces, business logic, and security for custom applications, using TypeScript for UI and Python for AI-driven automation and data processing.

Transform business needs into actionable requirements and functionality, incorporating real-time data access via MCP servers using Python (Anthropic MCP SDK) and TypeScript (MCP client libraries).

Scope level of effort and potential options for delivery of functionality, including multi-agent system orchestration in both TypeScript and Python.

Perform data cleansing and manipulations using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and TypeScript (data transformation libraries like Lodash).

Ensure security by setting up and maintaining access and sharing rules for AI agents and MCP integrations in both TypeScript and Python environments.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders and customers to deliver solutions powered by autonomous AI agents.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

8+ years of experience implementing web projects from initiation to launch.

Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar tools to improve development quality and speed.

Proficiency in Agentic AI Development, including:

Model Context Protocol (MCP): Building and integrating MCP clients and servers to connect AI agents with external tools, data sources, and APIs (e.g., Google Drive, Slack, GitHub) using Anthropics MCP SDKs (Python, Java, TypeScript).

Agents SDKs: Experience with vendor-specific SDKs such as OpenAI Agents SDK, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), or Microsoft Copilot Studio for developing single and multi-agent systems.

Prompt Engineering and integration with GenAI models (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, etc.) for context-aware AI responses.

Develop high-quality, performant web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and NextJS/NodeJS, with AI agent integration for dynamic workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features, including agentic AI-driven automation.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring compatibility with MCP-based integrations.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner, including agent orchestration and MCP server connectivity.

Stay up to date with industry trends, particularly in agentic AI, MCP ecosystems, and multi-agent frameworks.

Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and NextJS/NodeJS.

Experience with Redux, GraphQL, and server-side rendering is a plus.

Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for building robust AI agent workflows.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

SKILLS THAT WOULD SET YOU APART

Advanced expertise in agentic AI frameworks, such as:

Google ADK: Building multi-agent systems with pre-built tools (Search, Code Exec) and MCP integration for flexible orchestration.

OpenAI Agents SDK: Implementing multi-agent orchestration with Swarm patterns and MCP server connectivity for real-time tool access.

Cloudflare/mcp-agent: Developing composable agent workflows with lightweight MCP integration.

Experience building or managing MCP servers for enterprise tools (e.g., GitHub, Figma, Notion) using community-built connectors or custom servers via Cloudflare Workers or Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Proficiency in multi-agent system orchestration, including dynamic tool discovery, task handoff, and real-time data streaming with protocols like A2A (Agent2Agent) or MCP.

Knowledge of AI governance and security for agentic systems, including OAuth authentication, session-level access control, and compliance frameworks for enterprise deployments.

Experience with enterprise business apps integrated with agentic AI for automation (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Oracle Fusion Cloud AI agents).

Proficient with GIT or other comparable source version control tools, including AI-driven code assistance.

Experience using Visual Studio Code for cloud development with MCP client/server debugging.

OpenJS Node.js Application Developer certifications or equivalent.

Comfort with Whiteboarding and/or Wireframe solutioning for agentic workflows.

Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and modular design for scalable AI agent systems.

Contributions to open-source MCP projects or community-built MCP servers (e.g., mcpmarket.com, mcp.so).
