Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives across multiple locations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients in the building materials industry.
Qualifications:
- PG/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the building materials industry.
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territories as needed
