AI Architect - Fintech Innovation


Location: Austin, Texas

Theyre seeking a talented and innovative AI Architect to lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions that will directly impact our customer experience and drive efficiency in resolving customer issues.


About the Role:


As the AI Architect, you will be responsible for designing and building AI-powered solutions to address customer bugs and issues, streamlining our support processes, and improving overall customer satisfaction. You will leverage your expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and other AI technologies to create intelligent systems that can understand, diagnose, and resolve customer problems efficiently. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of customer support in the fintech industry and work on challenging and impactful projects.


What Youll Do:


  • AI Strategy and Vision: Define the AI strategy for customer issue resolution, identifying opportunities to leverage AI to automate and improve support processes.



  • Solution Design and Architecture: Design and architect AI-powered systems, including machine learning models, natural language processing tools, and knowledge base integration, to effectively address customer bugs and issues.



  • Model Development and Deployment: Lead the development, training, and deployment of machine learning models for tasks such as issue classification, root cause analysis, and automated resolution.



  • Data Engineering and Management: Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability of high-quality data for training and evaluating AI models.



  • Technology Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML tools, platforms, and technologies (including cloud-based solutions) to meet project requirements.



  • Integration and Implementation: Oversee the integration of AI solutions with existing customer support systems and workflows.



  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor the performance of AI systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.



  • Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and related fields, and explore new techniques and technologies to enhance our solutions.



  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.




What Youll Bring:


  • Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.



  • 5+ years of experience in designing and building AI-powered solutions.



  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including classification, regression, clustering, and deep learning.



  • Strong experience with natural language processing (NLP) techniques, including text analysis, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI.



  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.



  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and deploying AI solutions in a cloud environment.



  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data pipeline development.



  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.



  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.




Bonus Points:


  • Experience with building solutions for customer support or service.



  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer service workflows.



  • Experience with knowledge base systems and search technologies.



  • Publications or patents in the field of AI.



  • Experience withExplainable AI (XAI) techniques.
