Role Overview – Senior Corporate Accountant
PAR Technology is a global restaurant technology company building solutions that connect people to the restaurants and moments they love. While PAR has a 40+ year legacy, it operates with a fast-paced, startup mindset and serves millions of guests daily across 120+ countries.
We are hiring a Senior Corporate Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team. This role focuses on financial consolidation, SEC reporting, intercompany accounting, balance sheet analysis, and process improvement. The position works closely with multiple entities, systems, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities (Summary)

• Support consolidated financial statements and SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, footnotes, cash flow).
• Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations.
• 
  Perform balance sheet flux analysis and explain key variances.
• Maintain accuracy across ERP and consolidation systems.
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and system integrations.
• Support special projects such as acquisitions, system upgrades, and restructurings.
  

Experience & Skills Required

• 3–5 years of accounting or corporate finance experience.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting / Finance (CA, CPA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 and Planful is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
