Agreeya - Senior Consultant - Presales

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Presales Consultant / Proposal Writer with a strong background in SLED (State, Local, and Education) public sector staffing. This role is ideal for professionals who have worked on US state, county, and city-level RFPs, and are proficient in proposal writing, resume customization, and staffing solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal Writing & RFP Management
- Lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses for US SLED clients (state, county, city, and education sectors).
- Prepare staffing proposals, including technical narratives, staffing plans, and compliance matrices.
- Customize candidate resumes to align with RFP requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to gather relevant profiles and project experience.

- Develop and maintain proposal templates, boilerplates, and case studies.
Presales & Solutioning
- Understand client requirements and translate them into staffing solutions and resource strategies.
- Support pricing model development, rate card analysis, and MSA compliance.
- Participate in bid defense sessions, client calls, and proposal reviews.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with sales, delivery, and legal teams to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
- Maintain a repository of past proposals, resumes, and SLED-specific documentation.
- Track and analyze win/loss data to improve future submissions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in proposal writing, presales, or staffing solutioning for US public sector (SLED).
- Strong understanding of US state and local government procurement processes.
- Experience with large staffing MSAs, rate cards, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and proposal automation tools.
