Job Description

As the Lead of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading recruitment efforts and overseeing the talent acquisition process to fill open roles
- Conducting new hire onboarding and ensuring proper orientation to the company
- Overseeing training, performance management, and other workforce development programs
- Managing employee relations issues and conducting disciplinary procedures when needed
- Developing, recommending, and implementing compensation and benefits programs

- Overseeing the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts in coordination with department heads
- Monitoring spending to ensure departments operate within budget
- Spearheading monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes
- Reviewing financial reporting materials and identifying trends, insights, and areas of opportunity
- Assessing financial risks and opportunities and providing recommendations
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field

- MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience handling both HR and Finance functions
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, accounting standards, and practices
- Strategic thinker able to manage operational details and oversee teams
- Outstanding leadership, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal abilities
