Growth Manager

SarthiQ is Indias premier student-led digital platform that connects college students across disciplines such as Engineering, Management, Arts, and Competitive Exam Prep. By bridging the gap between traditional education and industry expectations, SarthiQ empowers students to develop skills, collaborate on projects, and showcase their achievements through digital portfolios. Students can participate in inter-college challenges, gain access to mentorship opportunities, and discover potential internships and jobs. SarthiQ is dedicated to helping students explore their career paths and make an impactful start in their professional journeys.

The Growth Manager (Intern) will be responsible for strategizing and executing growth initiatives for SarthiQ. Daily tasks will involve identifying opportunities for collaboration, tracking performance metrics, engaging with the student community, and fostering partnerships to scale outreach. The intern will also help develop data-driven campaigns to boost platform engagement and onboard new users. This is an on-site internship role based in North Delhi.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with students, collaborators, and stakeholders
• Knowledge of sales strategies and experience in driving user acquisition or partnerships
