Role Overview:

Lead sales strategies for pharma-focused training programs (certifications, workshops, etc.) targeting professionals/students from D Pharm, B Pharmacy, Pharm D & M Pharm.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Develop and execute B2C sales plans to drive enrolments for ai based drug discovery training

- Identify target audiences (pharma students, professionals, companies)

- Manage digital marketing, partnerships, and offline promotions

- Build relationships with industry bodies, educational institutes, colleges, and influencers

- Oversee pricing, discounts, and revenue tracking

- Ensure AOP are achieved

- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive sales plans aligned with organizational goals

- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analyses to identify market trends and customer needs

- Team Leadership: Lead a dynamic team, foster collaboration, and nurture talent

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email marketing)

Must-Have

- 4 to 6+ years sales experience (B2C preferred) in education/pharma/training

- Strong network in pharma/education sector

- Digital marketing savvy (SEO, social media, leads gen)

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
