Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making follow-up calls related to the delivery of trucks and parcels, ensuring smooth communication between customers and the logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers regarding the delivery status of trucks and parcels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track and update delivery information.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
- Provide timely feedback to the operations team for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience in handling call logs or CRM software is a plus.
