- Calling the Lead and till the closure.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and property showcases with excellent communication skills.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth clients in the luxury real estate market.
- Conduct personalized property tours and organize exclusive events for potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales terms and agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for luxury real estate and high-end client servicing.
- Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in luxury real estate sales is a plus.
