Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Luxury Real Estate Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
Responsibilities
  • Calling the Lead and till the closure.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and property showcases with excellent communication skills.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with high-net-worth clients in the luxury real estate market.
  • Conduct personalized property tours and organize exclusive events for potential buyers.

  • Negotiate sales terms and agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for luxury real estate and high-end client servicing.
  • Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in luxury real estate sales is a plus.
