Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level ITI Fitter to join our team at Satvam Nutrifoods Limited. This is a full-time position based in Himatnagar. The ideal candidate will possess essential mechanical assembly and welding skills and adhere strictly to safety procedures.
Qualifications And Skills

• Mechanical Assembly (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in assembling mechanical components efficiently and accurately.
• Welding (Mandatory skill): Expertise in welding techniques to join metal parts and ensure structural integrity.
• Safety Procedures (Mandatory skill): Strong knowledge of safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  
• Blueprint Reading: The ability to understand and interpret engineering blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Precision Measurement Tools: Competence in using various measurement tools to ensure precision in fitting and aligning parts.
• Machine Maintenance: Experience in carrying out routine and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshooting: Skilled in diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues that arise during the production process.
• Quality Control: Understanding of quality control standards and procedures to maintain high-quality outputs.

  Assemble and fit mechanical components according to blueprints and technical manuals.
• Perform welding tasks to join metal parts as required.

• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime.
• Use precision measurement tools to verify the accuracy of assembled components.
• Maintain high-quality standards by performing quality checks on fitted components.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines and production goals.
• Document and report any mechanical issues or deviations from quality standards to the supervisor.
