Microfinance Loan Officer

What role you will play in team: You will be responsible for originating and managing microfinance loans in assigned territories.

What you will do: You will work directly with clients in underserved communities to assess their needs and provide suitable microfinance solutions.

Key responsibility:

• Identify and assess potential borrowers in designated areas.
• Conduct thorough credit assessments and document loan applications.
• Disburse loans and monitor repayments.
• Educate borrowers on responsible financial practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  
• Manage a portfolio of microfinance loans.
• Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, social sciences).
• 0-1 years of experience in microfinance preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse client groups.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
