Role DescriptionThe Partner – Audit and Taxation will oversee and manage audit and tax engagements, ensuring regulatory compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of services. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and reviewing audits, supervising the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and providing tax advisory support to clients. The role involves leading client meetings, interpreting financial and tax regulations, resolving complex issues, and guiding junior team members through engagements. This is a full-time, based in Ahmedabad, with the expectation of regular on-site collaboration and some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Partner will also contribute to business development activities, strengthen client relationships, and participate in strategic planning for the firms growth.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with significant post-qualification experience in audit and taxation.
• DISA preferred
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial and tax information.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction, team leadership, and report presentation.
• Solid foundation in finance and a thorough understanding of financial statements.
• Proven experience in auditing, including planning, execution, and review of audit engagements.
