This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing key accounts. The role also involves strategic communication with clients to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and create growth opportunities
• Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Business and Strategic Planning to support overall organizational objectives
• Experience in Account Management to sustain and expand client relationships
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and a results-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in sales or business development roles is beneficial
