We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic financial trainer to join our team. As a Financial Trainer, you will play a crucial role in educating and empowering individuals to improve their financial knowledge and skills. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and informative training sessions on various financial topics.

Experience

· Minimum 4+ years of experience in Financial Training

· Experience in financial and investing domain training.

· Good Amount knowledge of the stock markets is a must.

Responsibilities

· Develop and deliver effective financial training programs to diverse audiences, including students, employees, clients, and community groups etc.

· Create engaging training materials, presentations, and resources that simplify complex financial concepts along with the content writer.

· Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and tailor programs accordingly.

· Stay updated on the latest financial trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure accurate and relevant training content.

· Provide one-on-one guidance and coaching to individuals seeking personalized financial advice.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing training materials and develop new curriculum as needed.

· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance assessments.

· Maintain training records, track participant progress, and generate reports to measure the impact of training initiatives.

· A strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, investing, financial planning, and risk management. Knowledge of various financial instruments and markets is essential.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions, explain complex concepts, and engage participants. The ability to adapt communication style to diverse audiences is important.

· Experience in delivering training programs and conducting engaging presentations. The ability to facilitate group discussions, answer questions, and provide clear explanations is crucial.

· Flexibility to adapt training methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and participants varying levels of financial knowledge. The willingness to stay updated with industry trends and changes.

· Extremely detail oriented and organized

· Have strong work ethics, hardworking, set high goals for oneself, responds well to stretch roles and does not shy away from taking extra responsibilities.

· Understand what is good for the company and always do the right thing, even when no one on your team is watching.
