Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Exclusive Leasing and Property Management in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our exclusive leasing portfolio, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires a proactive professional with a solid understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and secure property management and leasing contracts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with leasing and property management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports for potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for exclusive leasing mandates across residential and commercial assets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, developers, and investors to position Savills as the preferred leasing partner.
- Prepare and deliver tailored business pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Research, Marketing, and Agency to develop effective leasing strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business development strategies.
- Support the team in achieving revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the leasing portfolio.
- Maintain accurate client records, proposals, and progress updates within CRM systems.
- Represent Savills professionally at networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 24 years experience in business development, leasing, or real estate sales (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and leasing process.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
