Experienced AR Caller- Prior Auth

We are hiring Experienced AR caller with Prior Auth experience.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Proficient knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid MCO Plans, Manage Care and Commercial Insurances as it relates to account receivables.
• Experience in health care billing and reimbursement analysis.
• Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology.
• Intermediate analytical skills to resolve problems and aid financial clearance issues.
• Ability to prioritize work based on criticality.
• 
  Demonstrate dependability, critical thinking, and creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic working knowledge of claim form and Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
• Knowledge of Patient Access and hospital billing operations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in US healthcare, insurance referral, and authorization processes
• Previous oncology experience preferred, including radiation treatments and general clinical knowledge.
• Experience utilizing EPIC, Cerner, or Meditech systems.
• Knowledge of Patient Access
• Bachelors degree
• Prior Auth Experience mandatory
