Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist for the location Haridwar/Rudrapur. The role involves creating and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting product training sessions, and providing exceptional customer service. The specialist will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets to support business growth.
Qualifications- Graduation/MBA

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including generating leads, closing deals, and achieving targets

  Experience in conducting Training to enhance team performance and client understanding of products
• Ability to analyze the market and generate effective marketing plans
• Proven experience in the industrial or safety product sector is a plus
