- To maintain all collaterals are latest, compliant, approved & up to date
- To conduct Audits at vendor sites and do SVCL at all assigned vendor
- Ensure zero observation during audit conducted by third party or other department
- Closure of Audit & SVCL reletad point if any
- Conduct Audit & SVCL at all assigned vendors
- Courier TAT management Version control on all collaterals All collaterals are latest & up to date
- Ensure all vendor agreements (MSA & SOW) are valid & up to date
- Manage agencies - Printing & Courier Warehouse operations
- Procurement of Stationary Iteam & tracking stock at warehouse & embossing vendors
- Processing & tracking of Sales collateral request
- Satisfactory rating on Functional Audit Score conducted by External Auditor
- Tracking of Scrabble ticket received from Sales & other department and delivery with in timelines
- Version control on all collaterals
- To maintain stock and keep track as per the daily consumption
- To ensure 0 stock out days at embossing vendor end
- Enure timely and accurate odering of stock
- To ensure timely changes and implementation of Artworks if any
