We are seeking a diligent and driven Business Development Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Perambur, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves preparing and presenting sales proposals, collaborating with the marketing team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring exceptional service for customers and partners. Innovating sales strategies and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products are key responsibilities for this position.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
• Experience in client relationship management and team collaboration
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of financial services, insurance products, or related industries is an advantage
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid environment
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
