Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Development Manager located in Naugachia/Bhagalpur. The Development Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective sales strategies to enhance the companys growth. Daily tasks include managing and training sales teams, building relationships with customers and agents, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Development Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, setting sales targets, and providing reports to senior management.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
