Role Description

We are seeking a Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Madhuravoyal. The Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing and developing a team of insurance advisors to achieve business targets, guiding and mentoring team members to enhance productivity. Responsibilities include strategy formulation to fulfill sales objectives, leading recruitment of competent advisors, conducting training sessions, and managing customer relationships to ensure superior service. The role also requires continuous monitoring of performance metrics and providing actionable feedback to foster team growth.

Qualifications

• Sales and Leadership: Experience in team management, target achievement, and recruitment of advisors is essential.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and relationship building.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing performance metrics, strategy development, and problem-solving to drive sales growth and efficiency.
• Knowledge of Insurance: Familiarity with life insurance products, financial planning, and market trends is highly desirable.
• Educational Qualification: A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Local Language: Fluency in Tamil and English is a strong advantage.

For AM Role : 3.75 lks to 4.4lks CTC
