Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Daman. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, managing and developing client relationships, and devising sales strategies to achieve business targets. Daily tasks will involve setting sales goals, analyzing sales performance, providing sales training and support to team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also be expected to collaborate with other departments and perform market research to identify new sales opportunities.and recruit new agents from market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research
• Familiarity with the insurance industry
• Bachelors degreei/ 12th pass
• Ability to work on-site in Daman
