Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and mentoring a team of sales executives, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves monitoring team performance, conducting regular training sessions, and delivering exceptional customer service to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management.
  • Strong Team Management, Leadership, and Training abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.

  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with insurance products, industry regulations, and an understanding of the financial services market is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales software is desirable.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial.
