Associate - Accounts

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Associate - Accounts to manage key financial functions, ensure compliance, and provide valuable insights to support the organizations growth.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards.

Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.

Collaborate on budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and recommending cost optimizations.

Ensure tax compliance and assist in preparing tax returns.

Support internal and external audits, addressing queries and implementing improvements.

Continuously review processes for improvement and efficiency.

Use accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial data effectively.

Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.

Communicate financial insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA Inter is a plus.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
