Job Description
- As a Human Resources Associate at Scaling Socials, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team and contributing to our company's growth. Your proficiency in English (both spoken and written), MS-Excel, MS-Word, and Hindi (spoken) will be essential in this role.
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientations and exit interviews. Support HR initiatives and programs, such as performance management and employee engagement activities. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases with new hire information and changes in employment status. Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related support and guidance to employees. Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR policies and procedures and ensure adherence across the organization.
