The Role

You are the engine room of Scapias brand. While you understand the soul of the brand, your superpower is execution. You take a 30,000-foot strategy, understand the biz objective plan and align a campaign plan and break it down into a relentless, high-precision GTM plan.

Sitting at the center of product / business, growth, and creative teams to ensure that when we launch marketing interventions or campaigns, we launch perfectly. Strong ability to lead campaigns end-to-end from insight and idea to channel planning (on-app & off-app), GTM, execution, and impact.

What Youll Do

  • Concept & Communication Development : Develop strong marketing ideas, creative territories, and messaging frameworks. Craft clear, compelling consumer communication across touchpoints.Drive differentiated, insight-led campaigns that stand out.
  • End-to-End Campaign Ownership : Own campaigns end-to-end concept ? creative ? channel plan (on-app & off-app) ? GTM ? execution ? measurement. Plan and execute across CRM, digital, social, in-app, lifecycle, and offline channels. Ensure campaigns deliver both brand impact and business outcomes.
  • Campaign Command: Lead with a high level of ownership. You are responsible for the Who, What, When, and How of every touchpoint.
  • Cross-Team Partnership & Execution : Partner with cross-functional teams (product, growth, category, design & creative team, etc.) to solve marketing needs. Align stakeholders and drive clarity on objectives, messaging, and execution. Ensure high-quality, timely delivery and build scalable ways of working.
  • Detailed Execution: Oversee every asset - from a massive film production to a push notification - to ensure it hits the mark on time and on brand.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, dependencies, and external partners with great precision.
  • Performance Feedback Loop: Stay close to the data during active campaigns. If something isnt working on day two, youre already working with the team to pivot.

What Were Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 8+ years in Brand / Consumer / Integrated Marketing.
  • Strong foundation in brand-building and leading campaigns
  • Has worked with : E-com, consumer tech, FMCG, consumer durable, lifestyle, Agency background (Account Management or Planning) etc.
  • Experience with digital-first or consumer tech brands is a plus.
  • Understanding of on-app and off-app channels to lead 360 campaigns.
  • Ownership Mentality: You dont wait for a playbook; you build it, plan it, the checklist and hold everyone (including yourself) accountable to it.
