We are looking for a Business Development person. We want to work with the best companies in theTravel space and explore partnerships that are exciting for our customers.

As a Business Development incumbent. you will build and nurture relationships with our ecosystem partners that expand our platforms reach and capabilities. Youll own the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiating agreements to onboarding, integration, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify high-potential partners and vendors aligned with our strategic goals

2. Drive end-to-end brand partnerships: outreach, pitches, negotiation, onboarding

3. Lead deal structuring and pricing discussions, and finalize SLAs that balance scale, risk, and

profitability

4. Collaborate with Category, Product, Ops, and Marketing teams to build strong GTM playbooks

5. Maintain high brand satisfaction through consistent account management and performance feedback

loops

6. Stay ahead of emerging trends in D2C, travel and fintech to bring new brand opportunities to the table

What youll need:

● 4-6 years of experience in business development, category management, or brand partnerships

in e-commerce

● Strong negotiation skills and ability to create win-win partnerships

● High ownership mindset, ability to hustle, and a bias for action

● Excellent stakeholder management – internal and external

● Comfort with ambiguity and eagerness to build from 0 to 1
